Your Right to Cancel the Contract<\/h2>\n\n

If you entered into a contract as a consumer through our online store, you generally have the right to cancel the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n

When purchasing goods, the period for withdrawing from the contract begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes delivery of the goods. Special rules apply if goods from a single order are delivered separately or if the goods consist of multiple parts.<\/p>\n\n

How to Exercise the Right to Withdraw from a Contract<\/h2>\n\n

You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the online form below. After filling in the information, you will be able to review and confirm your withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n

Once we have confirmed your withdrawal, we will immediately send a confirmation to the email address you provided, containing the details from your withdrawal notice and the date and time it was sent.<\/p>\n\n

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clearly worded statement via email to tommyneedle@tommyneedle.sk<\/a> or by mail to Tommy The Needle s.r.o., \u010cerme\u013esk\u00e9 \u00fadolie 6, 040 01 Ko\u0161ice. You are not required to use the online form or the sample form.<\/p>\n\n

When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply<\/h2>\n\n

The right to cancel the contract does not apply, in particular, to goods manufactured according to the consumer\u2019s specifications or to custom-made goods.<\/p>\n\n

In the case of Tommy Needle, these are primarily products customized according to individual customer requirements, such as products featuring a name, date, custom text, logo, photograph, custom embroidery, print, or other forms of personalization.<\/p>\n\n
