Your Right to Cancel the Contract

If you entered into a contract as a consumer through our online store, you generally have the right to cancel the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

When purchasing goods, the period for withdrawing from the contract begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes delivery of the goods. Special rules apply if goods from a single order are delivered separately or if the goods consist of multiple parts.

How to Exercise the Right to Withdraw from a Contract

You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the online form below. After filling in the information, you will be able to review and confirm your withdrawal.

Once we have confirmed your withdrawal, we will immediately send a confirmation to the email address you provided, containing the details from your withdrawal notice and the date and time it was sent.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clearly worded statement via email to tommyneedle@tommyneedle.sk or by mail to Tommy The Needle s.r.o., Čermeľské údolie 6, 040 01 Košice. You are not required to use the online form or the sample form.

When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right to cancel the contract does not apply, in particular, to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or to custom-made goods.

In the case of Tommy Needle, these are primarily products customized according to individual customer requirements, such as products featuring a name, date, custom text, logo, photograph, custom embroidery, print, or other forms of personalization.
