Your 14-day right to withdraw
From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and cancel your purchase without giving a reason and without penalty, as provided by EU Directive 2023/2673 and consumer protection laws.
How to use it
Please fill out the form below. Once your request has been registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within the statutory timeframe applicable to your purchase.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services to which the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Custom-made, perishable, hygienically sealed products or sealed media
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods), items sealed for hygiene or health reasons and opened after delivery, and sealed audio, video, or software recordings opened after delivery – Article 16(a). (a), (c), d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
